What kind of goods do you supply?

Paper or Plastic, printed or plain bags and carriers are our speciality. However we do also supply a variety of packaging including bulk papers and bubble wrap, check out our products page for more information.

Do I have to pay Postage and Packing?

Deliveries made by our driver to you in Cornwall or parts of Devon are free of charge. For sending goods out of the region on our courier, carriage is dependent on the goods value. Goods accumulating to a value of £50 or more will be free of charge. Anything below £50 will be subject to a postage charge.

Do you have a price list and/or catalogue?

With an ever changing and expanding range we do not produce a catalogue. By phoning 01208 812442 we will give your enquiry our immediate attention and be happy to provide samples and a pricelist on request.

Are your bags recycled/recyclable?

A large percentage of products we stock are produced using a proportion of recycled materials. Our paper bags can be produced using up to 80% recycled paper. We also offer the 'Treesaver' range whose bags are produced using paper sourced from sustainable forests. All our products can be recycled in one form or another. We will be happy to advise customers on appropriate recycling procedures.

Are your bags environmentally friendly?

As environmentally friendly as we possibly can using current materials available. All our stock lines are now biodegradable, why offer anything else? We encourage customers to use the biodegradable additive in their printed carriers wherever possible. It is our mission to eradicate any product from our range that does not degrade in some form by the end of 2007. Most inks used are water based.

How long will it take to get my bags printed?

Printed carriers tend to be on a turnaround of two-three weeks once artwork has been confirmed. Customers should however be aware that the summer is a very busy time in the southwest and ordering early is advisable to avoid any prolonged delay.

What colour films, materials and inks are available?

The combinations are endless. We are able to print on a complete range of stock and non-stock films. Please contact us and we can advise on what colours work best with which films and materials. We work from the pantone colour chart for our inks, again advice is freely available.

Can I have more than one colour ink on my bags?

Carriers can be printed in up to 6 colours. The more colours used the more printing plates required. These are always charged @ cost.

Can I have any size of bag with my own print?

We produce a full range of sizes in LDPE & HDPE plastic carriers and also in the kraft paper range. Please call the office for further advice on carrier sizes.

What handle styles can I have?

Handle styles will be dependent on your preferred carrier material. Plastic carriers tend to be punched/patch or flexi-loop style. Duffle carriers have a cord side handle.

Paper carriers can be ordered with two types of handle, a paper twist or string handle. Handles are dependent on carrier size and short or long run production.

How long does it take to print carriers?

All times are based on 'go ahead' on artwork, when you the customer settles on the design of the finished product. Delivery is generally between 14 - 28 working days though we always endeavour to complete the job ASAP
